Did someone say recovery?
Yeah, not for you, so much. Small Business Trends has the disturbing, although predictable, news that small businesses have not been included in the admittedly weak recovery that the United States has been experiencing for the past sixteen months.
This is predictable because, despite what certain people would like you to believe, small business owners are still toward the bottom of the ladder when it comes to wealth and wealth accumulation in this country. And like everyone else toward the bottom of that property ladder, they have been seeing more and more of their wealth disappear while it accumulates in the coffers of large corporations and corporate officers. If that is true for small business owners as individuals, then it's just as true for the businesses themselves.
