Online Accounting Software Like Intuit QuickBooks Gets Faster For Small Businesses
Archiving for accounting software like Intuit QuickBooks is getting faster and more efficient, thanks to innovation and collaboration within the space. For example, EFileCabinet Inc recently hooked up with Intuit to integrate its archiving system with the software vendor's popular accounting program for small businesses, QuickBooks.
Users of QuickBooks can now easily link customer, vendor, invoice and bill information between the two programs. EFileCabinet pulls data such as invoices and checks numbers and vendor contacts, as well as all supporting documents, into storage quickly, and users can easily retrieve them using keywords. A new features also prompts users every time a transaction is saved in QuickBooks, which allows them to immediately store the updates to corresponding data in EfileCabinet. This additional integration upgrade functionality requires a purchase of $299, however.
