Satisfied with your bank? Why would you be?
This is one of those forehead smackers; JD Power and Associates has put out the results of a survey indicating that while optimism among the small business community regarding the economic situation as a whole has started to return, faith in and loyalty toward banks is declining.
After watching banking executives manage their own businesses into the ground, only to get bailed out by the government and then get even fatter paychecks and bonuses for having done so, how could your faith and loyalty not decline?
Add in the typically foul customer service that has always been the case, and banking relationships become poisonous. If my bank is going to be incompetent and greedy, then I at least want them to be nice about it.
