in need of a plumber. Be honest when you think plumber you think, big belly, droopy drawers and a big bill, right? In this story we hear about a different experience, a well tailored, craftsman who exemplified the company brand:
- Clean, well maintained vehicle with a prominently displayed logo
- Arrived on time
- Clean-cut, dressed in the company uniform
- Pleasant demeanor
- Quality work
- Great communication skills
- Magnet and business cards with logo
- Asked for the referral
- Made it easy to do business with
- Remembered to say thank-you
He isn't a single business owner, but rather an employee of the company and yet - HE GETS IT. He understands the importance of a brand message and all the components that go into making the company value proposition come to life.
So, question for you - because you know, here at Biz Informer - we like to ask questions:
Do you have a brand image that is consistently carried out in all forms of communication? Your logo, your slogan, your colors, etc?
And
Do your employees represent your brand in the same way that you would?
Hmmmm.
