I mentioned a few weeks ago I am participating in AllBusiness.com's 6 for 06' program - I'm the cash flow expert working on a business problem of the same name.

Cash flow is an interesting term that's defined in varying ways. For the purpose of this program, here's how we're defining cash flow: The flow of money into the business and the flow of money out of the business - keep the water level as high as you can and don't let the tub run dry.

I know it's not elegant, but it works.

We're one month into the project with guardian Medical Group and making progress. In fact, our results are amazing.
