Can You Make $3,000 in ONE Day?

What can you do to make $3,000 in ONE DAY?

My very first job, other than Babysitting, was as a waitress for Big Boy Restaurants. I remember making $.99 per hour. The minimum wage was $1.39 but as a waitress we made less – the theory being that the tips we made would make up the difference.

I worked part time after school and on a good week I’d make $25.00. Of course that was 1970’s dollars, but still not a lot.

The concept of making $3,000 in one day seems impossible for the average person.

Not true.

It may require some “out of the box” thinking, but it can be done.

The truth is – we must first imagine the possibility and then slowly our minds will begin to creatively think how we might package the products or services we offer to justify a $3,000 fee.

One way might be to strive for a professional speaking engagement for a Fortune 500 company.

Or a day of consulting – offering your expertise, observations and suggestions.

Scott Ginsberg, my favorite 26 year old, offers words of wisdom far beyond his years in a recent post entitled “Waiting for Nothing.”

In Scott’s post he reminds us that:

You don’t need to wait for permission.

You don’t need to wait for the right time.

You don’t need to wait until you get the money.

You don’t need to wait for someone else to lead the way.

You don’t need to wait until you’ve had 20 years of experience.

You don’t need to wait for the mainstream to validate your voice.

And he asks us “What are you waiting for?”

Can you make $3,000 in a day?

WHY NOT?
