Celebrity Blogger is Sued

The suit alleges that celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton (real name is Mario Lavandeira) used over 50 photographs of celebrities without permission or payment or credit.
The article quotes Perez as saying:
"I am going to vigorously defend myself. I am willing to step up to the plate and fight for my rights and fight for the rights of all bloggers."
Question: do you want him fighting for your rights? It's one thing to take someone else's photos and make comments about them provided you give credit where credit is due. It's another thing altogether to take photos and not acknowledge the fact that they belong to someone else.
What do you think? Is the Paparazzi just looking for an opportunity to be in the news as the underdog - the wronged party - for the first time ever, or do they have a case?
