Chocolate Emergency

Today I read this shocking news in the Akron Beacon Journal:
"Strike may affect chocolate industry"
E-gads. Hold onto your hats!
goodyear
Tire and Rubber may also be going out on strike - but hey, I have tread on my tires enough for one more winter. But CHOCOLATE??The article goes on to say:
"Cocoa farmers across Ivory Coast went on strike Monday, (October 16) holding back their crops to protest low retail prices and high export taxes in a move that could affect the global chocolate industry."
Quick, run to the store and stock up on your favorite. Particularly the chocolate that most closely represents who you are in business!
On a more serious note, the article ends by saying:
"Ivory Coast's 700,000 increasingly impoverished cocoa farmers say they don't make enough cash from cocoa to send their children to school."
That's just not right. I'm willing to pay more...any body with me?
