In preparing for a radio interview today around technology I came to realize how confusing and costly choosing, using and supporting technology can be. There are so many choices, PC's or Mac's, software - owned or web hosted, networks, telephony, broadband and the list goes on and on.

I think the cost of technology for employees seems like it could almost be equal to the cost of the employees themselves. Which is all the more reason to get some good sound advice in this area.
