Do Nice Guys Finish Last?
You know the old saying "nice guys finish last" or how about "the good die young." Have sayings like that prompted us to "get what we have coming to us" or climb over others to reach a goal.

Remember the ME generation?

Well, in their book The Power of Nice: How to Conquer the Business World with Kindness," authors linda Kaplan Thaler and Robin Koval explain why clawing your way to the top doesn't work.

This past fall when the book was first published, Linda and Robin appeared on the Today Show to share their views on how being nice can help you be successful in business and in life.

The Golden Rule lives and breathes!

What do you think? Who will get ahead farther, faster and for a longer period of time, someone who purposefully sets a goal and does everything they can to achieve that goal no matter what that means, or someone who strives for that same goal but takes the time to be nice along the way?
