Sales people tend to talk too much. As a career sales and marketing professional, I feel I own the morallinks authority to say so :-) That being said, sales people should talk less and listen more.

Kevin Stirtz asks an interesting question at the Revenue Roundtable...Do you wait to talk or do you listen?The difference is tremendous. And it may be the difference between winning a client's business and chocking up another loss.
