Does Your Computer Communicate For You?

Does Your Computer Communicate For You?

Are you using your computer to reach your customers even when you are busy?

Frequently we only use the "auto reply" option when we are out of the office, on vacation or will be too busy to reply in a timely manner. But have you considered that your auto reply could be selling your services even when you are unavailable?

Creating a selling message on your auto reply serves a couple of purposes:

1. It is an immediate responder to the sender so they know that their message was received.
2. Gives you the opportunity to highlight a featured product or service of your business.

Example:

Thanks for your message – I'll be reading and responding shortly. In the meantime ask yourself this question: do I communicate regularly with my customers? Could my business benefit from a monthly e-newsletter or direct mail campaign? If you answered "yes," then let's chat about how AllWrite Ink can help keep your company name in front of your customers and prospects.

Try it for a week and see what happens. You might be surprised by the results.
