These days even small businesses need to be aware of the need to meet Regulatory requirements around employees, clients and other situations.
Recent research indicates that one in four companies will have email subpoenaed by lawyers of regulators this year, yet few have any sort of email retention policy or system in place.
A company named Electricmail will be launching next week a new archiving service targeted to help small business meet this ever growing need.
I know, I know, just add this to the list of business challenges! Has this email investigation or requests from outside entities been and issue with your company?
