Last week I wrote about a search engine called Stumble Upon and I signed up. Every day or so, I click on the little button and it surprises me with a site, White Paper or blog within my list of interests. Today it led me to Start Up Venture Toolbox written by David Rex.

Not the prettiest site you'll ever see, but boy does it ever have a lot of links to places that can provide entrepreneurs debating a new opportunity with valuable information. From seeing whether or not your concept has "legs" to business plan forms, legal information and recommendations for financial backing - this site offers a lot.

There's even a link to blogs that would be of interest for Entrepreneurs. David offers an interesting quote in his masthead:

So many things in life that are possible are never done . . . and that is a shame!
