Better yet - if you go on their website, they have the action plan written in an easy-to-print chart with the 10-steps and a brief description of each one.
The author, Barry Farber, suggests that you take little steps - pick one of the ten steps and work on it for a few days. Then pick another one and pretty soon you will have worked your way through the ten steps to growing your sales!
Step One is Keep a Positive Attitude.
I already have a positive attitude, so I'm moving on to step two "Map Out Your Goals."
