Remember diagramming sentences in 7th grade English? You never thought you would use those grammar and spelling rules, but we can't rely on spell check to find all our mistakes.
Check out this article that reviews the Top Ten Grammar Errors that Haunt Web Pages.
My recommendation is that you have another person review your copy; whether it is for your website, an important email message, a marketing communication or a company newsletter. A fresh set of eyes will find a number of mistakes your eyes just roll over because you've reviewed it so many times.
In fact, how many mistakes have I made already in this posting?
Your company reputation depends on accurate, grammatically correct content. It's just like wood working: measure twice and cut once.
