I'm terrible at holidays, anniversaries, and celebrations of all sorts. I sometimes forget the simplest of courtesies. Like introducing everyone in the room to a new guest - sometimes I just plain forget.

I've done it again. And you're all witness to the error.

I'd like you all to meet Kevin Stirtz. He's been here for a couple days and has already begun mingling. I never introduced each of you. As of last week, Kevin is co-author of this site.

I�'ve know Kevin for almost a year and have worked with him on other projects, most notably Revenue Roundtable. Kevin is someone I really like and appreciate. He is thoughtful and experienced in growing small businesses.

I have spent most of my career growing businesses for myself and for others. Along the way I have become an entrepreneur, a writer, a trainer, a speaker and a mentor.

In addition to owning a small publishing company I also have a training and development practice (Kevin Stirtz Learning). In this business I focus on helping people acquire the skills they need to make the most of their talents and skills. When people do this, their organizations benefit and we all win.
