iPod to Conquer All Media
In the latest attempt by Apple to conquer all media it evidently is planning to sell full length movies through iTunes for download. The price point is being rumored at $9.95 each.
Do you watch movies on an iPod, or on your PC with iTunes? Maybe while mobile if you have it stored but I wonder just how many people will be consumers of full length movie downloads that will probably not be very portable (meaning non-Apple platforms) for the consumer.
I have a bunch of DVD's and at most I might have watched them once since the purchase. Is this a viable new business to be in or is it just the latest buzz in the tech world and movie industry? What do you think?
