Wordtracker is the one I have used. But once you have narrowed it down to a few words - how do you know which is better.
For example as a web writer, some of my key phrases might be:
web content
web writer
web site writer
website writer
website content
Or you might use the plural of any of those words. So how do you know which is most commonly typed into the search bar?
Google offers a really cool tool that I learned about recently:
Google Trends.
In the search bar you type in two different phrases or words separately by a "," and the results will show you over a period of time, in graph format, which word is most popular. It will show you by city, state, country and language. So if you are looking to attract International viewers - this is also a great site.
