I have good lawyer friend who is actually a terrific human being and he is looking at taking to market a new approach he calls litigation avoidance. He has practiced for over 20 years helping businesses with highly stressful litigation. He thinks he could offer a proactive service that might help business owners AVOID litigation or at least reduce the likelihood or impact of any lawsuits that might occur.
