Management and Mark Cuban
If you are a sports fan you probably have been following the NBA playofflinks finals and you couldn't miss the issues with Mark Cuban of the Dallas Mavericks.

One thing you can say about Mark is that he is passionate about all of his endeavors, he fights for what he believes is right and puts his money where his mouth is. That includes his other business endeavors as well as his ownership of the Mavericks.

Many business leader could learn from this example. Think his employees like working for him, I would think so, he sets a clear vision, provides the best tools available, hires the best talent he can and backs it up with his own energy.

Some may think he is all ego (yes he has one) but I like his style.
