Marketing Kit Key Components

I love Entrepreneur Magazine, it is the journal I enjoying pouring over each month. I always learn something new. Imagine my joy at discovering that one of my favorite business gurus had written an article in November edition.
John Jantsch, owner of Duct Tape Marketing penned the article You Lost Me at Hello which covers the highlights of what you should have in your marketing kit.
I would encourage you to read the complete article, but in a nutshell, John recommends your kit should include:
- Your "Difference" Page (gotta tell you, I don't have this. What a great idea – a page that talks about what makes me different. I talked yesterday about coming up with 5 reasons someone should buy from me and perhaps I need to refine and include in my kit.
- List of Services. He recommends you consider offering a separate sheet of paper for each service.
- Case Studies. Holy cow = another thing I don't have but what a great idea. Talk about a circumstance where you helped make someone's business better.
- Process description. Walk the reader through what it is like to work with you.
- Your story. Why should someone work with you – what skills and experience do you bring to the table.
Great stuff. I have my work cut out for me. How about you = what do you have in your marketing kit? Anything to add to John's list?

Sounds like a great book to have in the collection.
