I am a fan of Penelope Trunk's blog and her writing style. Ms. Trunk's blog, about career advice, entrepreneur issues, blogging, her divorce, her move from New York, and the fact her name is not Penelope, is refreshing. It brings a decidedly female perspective to serious career and life matters. It is a blog I recommend to my female friends who "don't read blogs." Occasionally, I catch them returning to read Ms. Trunk's posts.
Ms. Trunk has launched a new website called the Brazen Careerist. It is described in the "about" section as:
…an online career center aimed at Generation Y – young professionals who want to design and define their careers using the new rules for success.
The site boasts a supporting blogger team of 50 bloggers. The posts cover a variety of different topics from marketing to law. It is interesting and well worth a peek.
