Thanks for the kudos. I thought that I would drop by and give you an update since the award was announced. As a part of Dell's generous award we were gifted a full day in Austin Texas at the Dell Campus where we were hosted by top executives who were able to speak to questions and concerns that we have in growing our business. The Dell staff were very hospitable and had taken the time to prepare presentations and slideshows based on the questions that we had previously presented! I took with me my husband and CFO, a Senior Sales associate and two freelance contract team members; one who provides SEO and the other custom software programming. Each of us was able to really get a great deal of inspiration and motivation from the visit.
Michael Dell also came and met with us and we were able to speak candidly with him and enjoy his honest and straight forward answers.
In all I must say that the Small Business Excellence Awards sponsored by Dell and the NFIB have been a life changing event for us. We are already enjoying the hardware (30k in hardware and services from Dell!) and of course are active NFIB members, now with the benefit of life time membership. Again - many thanks for including our story on your site - and here’s to many more interesting stories in our future!
