All for free. It is a great way to collaborate with others at a distance without the cost of licenses and software packages.
Google also has a service called Google Documents which is also free, however, it doesn't offer the focus dedicated to business owners that the Entrepreneur Assistant offers. With Google, you have to go and get the information, and Entrepreneur has done the work for you with their business library.
