My fav magazine, Entrepreneur, now has an on line computer resource center offering:

Create text documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
Save your favorite Entrepreneur stories and web pages.
Customize and use business form templates.
Read a selection of free business books.
Schedule events and reminders.
Build your business plan.

All for free. It is a great way to collaborate with others at a distance without the cost of licenses and software packages.

Google also has a service called Google Documents which is also free, however, it doesn't offer the singular focus dedicated to business owners that the Entrepreneur Assistant offers. With Google, you have to go and get the information, and Entrepreneur has done the work for you with their business library.
