cFares realizes that these travelers are bearing the brunt of costly travel, as they do not have the financial resources or contracts in place like the bigger guys do, or the flexibility as leisure travelers do on dates and destinations.
The company operates on a Costco-like model by selling memberships that opens up access to wholesale fares and unveiled name-your-price bidding. Notably, the company's Small Business Program allows business travelers to take advantage of these discounts plus rewards them with rebates that can be used towards future travel purchases.
Unlike frequent flier programs, these are monetary rebates that can be applied towards future ticket purchases regardless of airline.

I've tried cFares and find they have great prices - use them regularly. Paid off my subscription with 2 flights - so it has been well worth it.
