There's new technology in the news today. Ooma Inc. a Silicon Valley startup began selling their $399 telephone units today that once installed in homes/businesses with broadband Internet service will offer free unlimited domestic calls.

You purchase the initial unit for four hundred bucks and then spend another $39 for each additional unit around your home or office so depending on the number of phones you have, the initial payout may take several months if not a year to recoup in free domestic calling.

Ashton Kutcher, of Demi Moore love interest fame, Punked and That 70's Show was the producer of this you tube commercial that launched just hours ago:

For more information visit: Ooma, not be confused with the really silly song that is also featured on You Tube or the retailer in in North Beach California in which Ooma stands for Objects of my affection.

In other Ashton news, Demi finally changed her name to Mrs. Kutcher today.
