Planning a Successful Retail Sales Event
Looking for a way to drive more traffic into your business? Have you considered a one-day sales event?

Okay, right off the bat I have to be honest - this is a workbook that I wrote.

I spent almost 20 years with Pearle Vision, an optical retailer, and in my many years as a field manager I witnessed and assisted with multiple one-day events. One day I decided to write down all that my Pearle Vision franchise owners had taught me and all that I had observed when it came to successful events. Not all one-day events are successful.

What made an event successful or not? The devil is in the details.

So I created a workbook that takes the thinking out of planning a successful retail event. It's called, "It's a Party! Planning a Successful Retail Sales Event."

It walks you through the process of:

- determining the offer,
- selecting a date,
- obtaining employee buy-in
- partnering with vendors

It also has the forms and marketing materials developed so you don't have to.

Check it out. I'd love to hear about your sales events - what has gone well and what you would do differently.
