Sizes that weren't quite right, colors that weren't liked as well as thought, and duplicate gifts - customers return purchases for these and a multitude of reasons. As a business owner, what are yo to do? Beyond your return policy, what do you do with all the stuff coming back into your store?
The obvious answer is to return to the shelves all that you can. But not everything can return to be sold as new again. Frank Ross offers some good suggestions on Dealing with those Holiday Returns.

That is a common thing for most businesses. It is agood thing that someone got some saving tips for all the excess returns during the holidays. =p
