Small Businesses Many Happy Returns

The weeks and days before Christmas are busy times for businesses of all sizes. It's near as busy the weeks following Christmas. This is such a week. A week of more customer returns.

Sizes that weren't quite right, colors that weren't liked as well as thought, and duplicate gifts - customers return purchases for these and a multitude of reasons. As a business owner, what are yo to do? Beyond your return policy, what do you do with all the stuff coming back into your store?

The obvious answer is to return to the shelves all that you can. But not everything can return to be sold as new again. Frank Ross offers some good suggestions on Dealing with those Holiday Returns.
