Starting an LLC or Other Business Type
In all of the business blogs I write the number one search phrase that brings traffic is 'Starting an LLC' which is interesting in that people are trying to get more information and self-education on the topic BEFORE finding an attorney or looking to use one of the online services that can help you form a business.

A friend of mine Anthony Cerminaro at BizBangBuzz who is an attorney, writes prodigiously about startups and legal issues. He suggested this link as a really good explanation about the different business forms and their pluses and minuses.
