The Softer Side of Business

"91% of all women tell others when they have a positive experience with a business."
Women are a great source of word of mouth advertising - when it's good - they share.
In a new trend called "the softer side of business" women are seeking other women for advice and to do business with.
Why?
Because we understand each other. We have developed a relationship of trust. We see the value the other has to offer. We respect each other.
As a board member of Women's Network, an organization in northeast Ohio supporting the financial, emotional and economic efforts of women and girls, I see women everyday seeking out other women for business relationships.
This next week I will be participating in a virtual book tour featuring In Women We Trust, a new book by mary
Clare Hunt. Keep your eyes tuned to Biz Informer for a review of the book as well as an interview with the author. No matter what your gender, the softer side of business, is something of which you need to be aware if you want women customers.
And when you consider that women make over 80% of the buying decisions for consumer products and services in this country - I do believe you want to reach women as your customer.
