The WHY Behind the Story
Are you a person who l likes to know the "why" or do you just take things at face value. As the former Director of Communications for Cole National, a billion dollar optical retailer, my job was to ensure employees knew the why behind our communications.l
And so forgive me if old habits die hard.
Last week I wrote a post about Blog Talk Radio and today found an article that explains how it all got started. It is a touching story and one I thought you might be interested in.
It seems that in an effort to comfort his dying father, Alan Levy, learned how to set up a blog so family and friends could be updated on his health and send get well messages. It was from that original blog and a desire to enhance communications even further that BlogTalkRadio was founded.
