What Kind of a Leader Are You?

My ten year old daughter has a book report assignment due this month. She has to select someone alive or dead who had an impact on other's lives.
So first she was torn between Queen Victoria and Queen Latifah.
You see, when they present the report they have to dress like the character and she LOVES to wear a crown.
But then she decided on Juliette Lowe, the founder of Girls Scouts. Only someone else had already picked Juliette. Bummer.
So her best friend suggested that she write about Oprah Winfrey. Good choice. Oprah is certainly a leader and an example I want my daughter to learn more about.
That got me to thinking about leadership styles. What kind of a leader are you? I recently read about the metamorphosis of managers over the past 40 years from dictator "my way or the high way" to the willy nilly style of total agreement where no one ever makes a decision.
I found a leadership style quiz and learned that I am an "Enlightened Warrior." The funniest part of the quiz was the question – am I decisive. When i found that I couldn't decide between "always" and "almost always" I had to check "almost" as I couldn't make a decision.
ANY HOO.
The results said that Enlightened Warriors have what it takes to lead a team towards success. People who fall into this category possess excellent people skills and a knack for inspiring both enthusiasm and loyalty from others.
And I got to wondering – what would my associates say about that? What value do the results of a survey have if you don't have someone else completing the survey about you?
Anyway – take the survey and discover your leadership style.
