This Wednesday I will be interviewing Mary Clare Hunt, author of In Women We Trust, a book about the "softer side of business," marketing to the female consumer.
I believe the trend that she effectively identifies in her new book, is a case for what's hot in marketing - or at the very least - what businesses should be considering as they put their marketing plan
together.However, it goes beyond the marketing message. Mary identifies cultural changes that affect all departments, but primarily those that touch the consumer like the billing, operations and customer service folks. How are female consumers treated in your business and how does that impact your buzz marketing efforts?
