What’s Your Promise
This morning as I put my daughter on the bus, I noticed it was sprinkling and yet the sun was shining. As those thoughts registered, I knew without a doubt that if I looked hard enough, I'd find a rainbow.
Sure enough, as I turned and looked – there it was – a bright complete rainbow. In fact it looked as though I'd find the pot of gold in my house, but sadly, no.
Anyway, it made me think about our business promise. What promise does your brand make to your customers? Is it the highest quality, personalized customer service, wide selection, expertise, satisfaction guarantee, never say no attitude; what is your promise?
The second part of a promise, is "do you deliver?" Because, just like the rainbow, God's promise after the great flood, we know without even thinking that it will appear.
Can your customers say the same? I was just wondering.
