Women Business Owners Lead
I am really impressed with the number of groups and events that women business owners have to use to help them in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
First there is the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) which has thousands of members and offers an array of services and programs. I know of at least two additional events coming up soon all focused on women entrepreneurs, The Women's Leadership Exchange in Chicago next week and the Blogher conference at the end of July in San Jose.
I don't know why I am envious but it seems like these events and associations have a different aura or energy about them (at least in the marketing) that other male dominated comparative events do not. I think maybe our testosterone sometimes gets in the way of our optimizing these types of events.
Or maybe its just me…
