You Already Know What It Takes To Build Your Business...Just Do It

I was thinking of writing a post about practical steps to take in building a business. Then it hit me. You already know what you should be doing next. You're just not doing it.

It generally only takes a tiny step forward to move your business towards success. Each of us knows what we need to do - the hard decisions we have to make or the tasks we don't like to do that need to get done. Stop procrastinating...take action now!
Make a list of the three things you know you should be doing right now to build your business. These are the things you know in your gut that you should be acting on, but for some reason aren't. Write them down in a list.

These aren't the lengthy, strategic, over involved things on your platelinks. These are the quick, tactical things you know you should do right now - phone call, email, letter, meeting, direction, mandate, decision, discussion, conference, etc. Stop procrastinating...take action now!

Do the first two before noon tomorrow. Do the third in the afternoon. You're on your way to success.
